Description of the building

From the landing, just a few more steps up take you up into the useful attic room/4th bedroom which offers 14m² of floor area, about 10m² without bumping your head!

Swimming Pool: There is a long floodlit pathway down to the pool, pool house and summer kitchen. Here you can enjoy relaxing days in the large pool 15m x 6m, or enjoy a game of tennis on the full-sized court which is surrounded by high mesh fencing. Several of the trees are up-lit in front of the house.

Garage: The large garage 34m² is at the rear of the house, and has plenty of space for your tractor and other garden implements, in addition to your cars. The driveway from the lane is floodlit, as is the large area in front of the house. There are electric gates onto the property.

Grounds
There are just over 5,1 hectares (nearly 13 acres) of land, mostly down to woods and some pasture. All are well-groomed and are partly fenced-in. The lane to the house and to the single neighbour is maintained by the local administration. There is plenty of space for your horses, or other animals, and some parts could be cultivated, or converted into orchards.

Comment
This is an unusual property and very rare in the South of France. It is presented in excellent and well cared-for condition throughout. It is within easy reach of all the attractions of the area - the Mediterranean beaches and also the traditional values of Roman France, with towns such as Uzes on the doorstep, the famous Pont du Gard, and also the cities of Avignon, Nimes and Montpellier within a short drive.
