The studio was completely refurbished last year and is south facing and centrally situated.
The accommodation is a coin montagne, fitted galley kitchinette (new
and guaranteed a further 9 years), bathroom with bath, shower, toilet
and washbasin, sejour with large fitted cupboard. The balcony is very
sunny, and Les Deux Alpes is a summer as well as winter resort. We have
summer skiing and many other activities. The apartment is for sale unfurnished or partially furnished,
as it is my home. It's approx 150m to nearest lift, 200m to best
supermarket, there are ski shops both opposite and next door.
The Oisans region of Isere has an average 300 days of sunshine
a year, and is becoming more and more popular. Les Deux Apes has over
200kms of pistes in winter, and the widest skiable glacier in Europe in
summer. We have been delevloping the activity side of the summer
holiday trade for several years, which includes mountain biking as a
major attraction.
There is very easy access from airports and train stations,
the nearest being Grenoble, with Chambery in winter and Lyon and Geneva
as addtional possibilities (about 2.5 - 3 hours transfer). The TGV from
Paris to Grenoble takes around 3 hours. There are regular buses from
Grenoble to Les Deux Alpes and connections from Grenoble and Lyon
airports.
